FIFA Agent List is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by FIFA. The platform only lists FIFA-licensed football agents using data sourced from the FIFA agent database, regularly updated.
1. Who We Are
FIFA Agent List is a trading name of The Agent List Ltd, an independent directory platform for FIFA-licensed football agents. The Agent List Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17216886) and is the data controller for all personal data processed through this Platform. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office under Registration No. ZC145987. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
2. Data We Collect
For Users: name, email address, country, IP address, usage data, payment information (processed by Stripe). For Agents: name, FIFA licence number, country, contact details, identity documents (passport/ID) uploaded for verification. We do not store full card details.
3. How We Use Your Data
User data is used to provide the service, process payments, and prevent fraud. Agent contact details are displayed to Users who reveal them using credits. Identity documents are stored securely and only authorised admins can view them for verification purposes — they are never shared publicly.
4. Data Retention
User account data is retained for as long as the account is active. Identity documents submitted for verification are deleted within 90 days of verification completion unless there is a legal reason to retain them. Payment records are retained for 7 years for legal compliance.
5. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact us at privacy@fifaagentlist.com to exercise these rights.

7. Third-Party Services
