Are you a FIFA-licensed agent?
Claim your profile, get verified, and become reachable to thousands of players, parents, clubs, and scouts using FIFA Agent List.
FIFA Agent List is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by FIFA. The platform only lists FIFA-licensed football agents using data sourced from the FIFA agent database, regularly updated.
Operated by The Agent List Ltd
FIFA Agent List is a trading name of The Agent List Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Identity documents are stored securely and only authorised admins can view them for profile verification.
1. What "FIFA-Licensed" Means on This Platform
Every agent listed on FIFA Agent List is a FIFA-licensed football agent. Listings are sourced directly from the FIFA agent database, which is the official record of agents licensed under FIFA's Football Agent Regulations. We update this source data on a regular basis. The fact that an agent appears in our directory means, at minimum, that they hold a FIFA agent licence at the time of import.
2. What "Verified Profile" Means
A verified profile is a separate, additional level beyond simply being FIFA-licensed. A profile becomes verified only when the agent has: (a) claimed their profile through our claim flow, (b) submitted three documents for identity verification — their FIFA-issued agent credential (the digital PDF issued to them by FIFA showing their name, licence number, licence status, Connect ID and the FIFA Football Agent branding), the photo page of their passport, and a live selfie taken in real time, (c) passed our identity checks — including the live selfie matched against the passport and FIFA-issued credential, (d) confirmed that the contact details (email, phone, WhatsApp, website) displayed on the profile belong to them, and (e) completed a paid annual subscription which keeps the profile active.
3. What Verification Does Guarantee
When you see the "Verified Profile" badge, you can rely on the following: the agent appearing on the profile is the same individual named in the FIFA agent database for that licence number; an admin reviewer has personally compared their FIFA-issued agent credential and the photo page of their passport against a live selfie; and the contact details on the profile have been confirmed by the agent themselves as their own.
4. What Verification Does Not Guarantee
Verification confirms identity and ownership. It does NOT constitute: a recommendation or endorsement of the agent's services; any guarantee of the quality, suitability, or commercial outcomes of working with the agent; legal, financial, or professional advice on whether to engage the agent; a current check that the agent's FIFA licence has not been suspended or revoked since our last data sync; nor any vetting of the agent's past clients, dealings, disputes, or regulatory history. Users are responsible for performing their own due diligence before engaging any agent.
5. The Documents We Require
For verification, the agent must upload all three of the following: (a) their FIFA-issued agent credential — the digital PDF (or a screenshot of it) issued to them by FIFA, clearly showing their name, licence number, licence status, Connect ID and the official FIFA Football Agent branding. FIFA does not issue a physical ID card, so we accept the digital credential document only; (b) a clear, full-colour scan or photograph of the photo page of their passport (national IDs and driving licences are not accepted); and (c) a live selfie taken in real time through their device camera — uploaded photo files are not accepted, as this prevents reuse of stock or stolen images. All three files are stored securely and only authorised admins can view them for verification purposes.
6. The Checks We Perform
Our admin reviewers perform the following: (a) confirm the FIFA licence number on the submitted FIFA-issued agent credential matches the licence number in the FIFA agent database for that profile; (b) confirm the name on the FIFA-issued agent credential and on the passport matches the name in the FIFA agent database for that profile; (c) compare the live selfie against the passport photo (and any photo present on the FIFA-issued credential) for visual identity match; (d) check the email and phone provided in the claim flow are consistent with the contact details displayed on the profile; (e) flag any inconsistencies for further review or rejection.
7. Outcomes
Once a claim is reviewed, one of three outcomes is recorded: (a) Approved — the agent is sent an activation email and the profile is published with the "Verified Profile" badge once the subscription is paid; (b) Rejected — the agent is notified by email with a reason and may resubmit a corrected claim if the rejection was due to a fixable issue (e.g., poor image quality); (c) ID Pending — the agent has not yet submitted required documents and the claim is held pending submission.
8. Loss of Verified Status
A profile loses its "Verified Profile" badge if any of the following occur: the annual subscription lapses or is cancelled; the agent suspends or hides their profile; we receive credible information that the agent has lost or is in dispute over their FIFA licence; the agent is found to have provided false information during verification; or the agent is suspended for breach of our Terms of Service. In some of these cases the listing reverts to a basic FIFA-licensed entry without contact details.
9. Reporting Concerns
If you believe an agent's verified profile contains inaccurate information, or you believe a verified profile has been claimed fraudulently by someone other than the licence holder, please contact us immediately at support@fifaagentlist.com. We treat every report seriously and will investigate promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Verification Policy from time to time as our checks evolve. The latest version is always available on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top.
