About Us

FIFA Agent List is a trading name of The Agent List Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Company No. 17216886. The Agent List Ltd is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller under Registration No. ZC145987. In these Terms, references to "we", "us", "our" and "the Platform operator" mean The Agent List Ltd (trading as FIFA Agent List).

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of FIFA Agent List (the "Platform"), operated by The Agent List Ltd (trading as FIFA Agent List). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. FIFA Agent List is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by FIFA.

2. Definitions

"Agent" means a FIFA-licensed football agent. "User" means any person who browses or uses the Platform. "Claimed Profile" means an agent profile where the agent has verified their identity. "Contact Reveal" means the act of a User spending one credit to view an Agent's contact details.

3. Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform to search for FIFA-licensed agents, view public profile information, purchase credits and reveal contact details. You may not scrape, copy, export or commercially exploit the data on this Platform. You may not use revealed contact details for mass marketing, spam or any abusive purpose.

4. Agent Listings

Agent profiles are created from publicly available FIFA licensing data. Agents listed have not necessarily consented to appear on this Platform. Any agent may request removal or amendment of their listing by contacting The Agent List Ltd. Agents who claim their profile accept additional terms governing their subscription.

5. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased in three packs: Starter ($10 = 10 credits), Standard ($25 = 30 credits) and Pro ($50 = 70 credits). All payments are in USD and processed via Stripe. Credits are non-refundable. Once purchased, credits remain available on your account indefinitely but cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or refunded under any circumstances. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5a. Card Processing Fees on Refunds

Where a refund is issued on any refundable product, the amount refunded will exclude any card processing or transaction fees charged by our payment processor (Stripe) or the card issuer. These fees are levied by third parties to process the original transaction and are not recoverable by us. Refunds are calculated as the original payment amount minus applicable processing fees.

5b. Acceptance at Sign-Up

By creating an account and ticking the Terms of Service checkbox, you confirm that you have read and accept this Agreement, that you understand user credits are non-refundable, and that you understand any refund issued will exclude non-recoverable card processing and transaction fees charged by the payment processor or card issuer.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Agent List Ltd (trading as FIFA Agent List) is not responsible for the accuracy of agent contact details, which are provided by agents themselves. We do not guarantee that any agent listed is currently practising or holds a valid licence at the time of your search. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from contact with any listed agent.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design and software is owned by The Agent List Ltd (trading as FIFA Agent List). The name "FIFA" is used descriptively and is the property of FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association). We make no claim to any FIFA trademark, logo or brand.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in abusive behaviour or attempts to circumvent our security measures.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
