Card Processing Fees Are Excluded From All Refunds
Where a refund is issued, the amount refunded will exclude any card processing or transaction fees charged by our payment processor (Stripe) or the card issuer. These fees are levied by third parties to process the original transaction and are not recoverable by us. Refunds are calculated as the original payment amount minus applicable processing fees. This applies to every refundable product on the platform.
User Credits — Non-Refundable
User credits are non-refundable. Once purchased, credits are added to your account and remain available for use indefinitely. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or refunded under any circumstances. Please ensure you have read our directory and pricing terms before purchasing credits.
Agent Annual Subscription ($150/year, or $75 first-year Founding Agent)
Refunds within 14 days of initial subscription are issued in full (less non-recoverable card processing fees) and the agent profile reverts to unclaimed. After 14 days, refunds are at admin discretion on a pro-rata basis (less non-recoverable card processing fees). If your claim is rejected after payment, a full refund (less non-recoverable card processing fees) will be issued.
Featured Placement (Country $400/wk · Regional $2,000/wk · Global $6,500/wk; 1.5× during transfer windows)
Featured placement uses an authorise-then-capture flow: your payment method is authorised when you submit a request and only captured when an admin approves it. If rejected, the authorisation is released and no charge is applied. Once activated, no refund is available for any unused portion of the week.
